The one disadvantage - and it may be a deal-breaker for others - is the combined weight of the laptop and the power adapter. i5 processor, 8GB Ram, SSD drive - this thing flies! Amazingly fast boot time, so while other laptops in the class are still spinning away waiting for the lock screen to load, this one's already logged in, online and working. Actually, the specs mean it's better than almost every other device at twice the price retail in Australia. Robust, this is an ideal laptop for a student. I was surprised that this looks like a brand new item - I expected scuffs and marks from a refurbished item, despite the Certified Refurbished status. I bought this as a school laptop for my son.
